“Enough already, pass the damn bill,” Sen. Lindsey Graham said this week as the Senate scrambled to pass a historic coronavirus relief package, but he may as well have been talking about the House’s efforts Friday.

Meanwhile, President Donald Trump got sarcastic and former Vice President Joe Biden celebrated baseball’s un-Opening Day.
