Boehner reminded reporters Thursday he is not the whip, dodging questions about timing and whether Republicans had enough votes to pass “fast-track” trade legislation at his weekly news conference.“I’m not the whip, so I don’t get into vote counts,” Boehner said, responding to earlier remarks by Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi that he would need 200 votes to pass a trade bill.
